The Moonlight Peaks museum unlocks through Jada's quests Museum in the Making and Curating the Museum, in that order. Jada manages donations across the Supernatural Room, Deity Room, Farming Room, Aquarium, and Critter Room. Take each collectible to its matching room instead of looking for one shared hand-in menu. The Aquarium accepts fish with no stars, while the Farming Room asks for 55 two-star items.
How to unlock the Moonlight Peaks museum
Follow Jada's museum questline, beginning with Museum in the Making and continuing with Curating the Museum. That sequence moves the project from an early exhibition toward the full building and its room-based collections. The finished museum is in Town and is listed as open from 18:00–06:00. Once the building is available, Jada remains the character who connects donations with overall museum progress.
The quest order is stable, but the exact final unlock timing can depend on how far a save has progressed. Do not plan around one universal day, one fixed heart count, or one guaranteed last interaction. Use the active quest objective and Jada's current dialogue to follow the sequence in your own save. This keeps the useful route intact without turning one playthrough's timing into a rule for everyone.
Where to donate museum items
Museum donations are sorted by subject, so first enter the collection room that matches the item in your inventory. Use the central access point in the lobby to reach the Supernatural, Deity, Farming, Aquarium, or Critter display. The route stays clear without relying on one particular name for the lobby device. It also prevents room selection from being mistaken for the donation action itself.
Inside the correct room, interact with the donation point marked "!", then choose an eligible item. Fish belong in the Aquarium, caught critters in the Critter Room, and farming produce in the Farming Room. Supernatural artifacts and deity artifacts go to their own displays rather than to Jada directly. If an item does not appear in the hand-in list, recheck both its collection family and any quality requirement.
All five museum rooms
The museum has five collection spaces: Supernatural Room, Deity Room, Farming Room, Aquarium, and Critter Room. The names are also the most practical sorting map for items carried into the building. Each room tracks its own subject rather than contributing to one undifferentiated checklist. Start with the room name whenever you are unsure where a new find belongs.
The Supernatural Room is divided into Witch, Vampire, Seer, Werewolf, and Mermaid collections. The Deity Room holds four character-linked artifacts, while Farming has its own item-quality rule. Aquarium progress comes from fish, and Critter Room progress comes from caught critters. Keeping these boundaries separate makes the collection counts and donation requirements easier to read correctly.
| Room | Collection focus |
|---|---|
| Supernatural Room | Supernatural |
| Deity Room | Deity |
| Farming Room | Farming |
| Aquarium | Aquarium |
| Critter Room | Critter |
Supernatural and Deity collections
The Supernatural Room contains five themed collections. Witch needs 5 items, while Vampire, Seer, and Werewolf each need 7 items. Mermaid needs 8 items in its own checklist. These are item totals for separate displays, so finishing one family does not complete the other supernatural cases.
The Deity Room requires four named artifacts: Chakra Tuner, Llemi’s Bow, Sun God’s Halo, and Death’s Tomb. They correspond to Moon Goddess, Llemi, Sun God, and Death respectively. Obtain each item by reaching maximum friendship with the corresponding deity, rather than assuming one numeric heart label applies uniformly to every record. The artifact names and the relationship condition are kept as separate facts so one cannot silently rewrite the other.
| Collection | Item count |
|---|---|
| Witch | 5 |
| Vampire | 7 |
| Seer | 7 |
| Werewolf | 7 |
| Mermaid | 8 |
| Deity Room | 4 |
Farming Room quality rules
The Farming Room checklist contains 55 items, and every accepted farming donation needs two-star quality. A correct crop at a lower quality does not satisfy that display requirement. Check the stars before carrying produce into the museum, especially when several harvest qualities are mixed in storage. Saving one eligible two-star copy of each listed item is the simplest way to avoid selling a needed donation.
The museum list spans Spring, Summer, Autumn, and Winter items. For scanning, the entries can be grouped as Crop, Tree, Herb, and Mushroom finds. Those labels are practical guide categories, not a claim that the room presents four official in-game tabs. Some plants cover multiple seasons, but each distinct checklist item is donated only to its Farming display.
Aquarium fish and Critter Room
The Aquarium checklist contains 22 fish, and the museum accepts those fish with no stars. That requirement is the opposite of the Farming Room's two-star rule, so do not improve a museum fish before donating it. Fish still belong in the Aquarium even when their habitats or catch conditions differ. Treat the count and quality together when checking what remains.
The Critter Room checklist contains 95 critters. Turquoise Silver appears in Moonlit Pines during Winter. Lovepuff appears on the Player Farm after marriage, but exact appearance timing and trigger steps are not established.
| Collection or critter | Requirement or location |
|---|---|
| Aquarium | 22 fish; no stars |
| Critter Room | 95 critters |
| Turquoise Silver | Moonlit Pines; Winter |
| Lovepuff | Player Farm; after marriage |
Museum rewards by completion
Museum progress awards a defined reward at each listed milestone from 5% through 90%. The schedule includes decorations, blueprints, consumables, a key, a Mana Capacity increase, and the Greenhouse route through Ridge at Howling Hammer. Read the percentage and reward as one row because effects such as unlocking Twilight Catacombs belong to that milestone's item. Use the table as a quick checkpoint whenever the progress bar crosses a new milestone.
At 100%, the museum grants the “One Collection to Rule Them All” achievement and Deity Statue Replicas. Completion feedback triggers after leaving the exhibition room once the final collection is filled. A separate manual conversation with Jada is not documented as an additional requirement for completion. The full-completion line lists the reward by its in-game name.
| Progress | Reward or unlock |
|---|---|
| 5% | Vampsters Playing Poker Painting |
| 10% | Firefly Sanctuary Blueprint + Firefly Pollinator Blueprint |
| 15% | 32x Basic Fertilizer |
| 20% | 2x Rapid Reel Potion |
| 25% | Dracula Insignia Key; unlocks Twilight Catacombs |
| 30% | Animal Feeder Temple + Pillow Cat House |
| 40% | 5x Mana Essence |
| 50% | Arcane Flame/permanently increases Mana Capacity |
| 60% | Seed Sequencer Blueprint |
| 70% | 3x Mana Potion |
| 80% | Greenhouse/speak to Ridge at Howling Hammer |
| 90% | Museum Relic Replicas |
| 100% | One Collection to Rule Them All; Deity Statue Replicas |
Version and progression notes
Jada's two-quest sequence is the dependable unlock route, while its final timing can move with save progression. This guide therefore avoids a fixed calendar day, a required heart total, or one mandatory closing interaction. Town and the 18:00–06:00 opening hours remain useful for planning a visit after the building appears. When a quest objective differs from a remembered route, follow the objective shown in the current save.
Collection requirements are stated at the most useful detail level: item names, room totals, quality, habitat, season, or relationship condition. The Farming labels are scanning aids rather than official museum menu names, and Lovepuff is limited to Player Farm after marriage without a fabricated spawn routine. No aggregate museum-entry total is presented, because the room-level checklists are more useful than an inferred headline number. Completion is tied to filling the rooms and receiving the exit feedback, not to an added manual Jada hand-in.
