How to compare crop timing
Grow time and regrow time answer different planning questions. A crop with no regrow cycle needs a fresh planting after harvest, while an unknown regrow value should not be treated as zero. Check the remaining days in the current season before committing scarce seeds.
Plant type and water type are filters for preparation, not value judgments. Use them to group crops that fit the same plot or nightly routine, then compare yield and selling decisions only when those fields are available.
