While shallow tidal reefs still expose you to lethal sunrise damage after 6:00 AM, diving into Mid-Depth and Abyssal Trenches completely blocks solar rays, letting you safely explore underwater during daylight hours.
2. Fins vs. Bat Form Mobility
Use Bat Form for fast overland flight across rocky cliffs, but switch immediately to Water Fins upon reaching rivers and oceans. Attempting to fly over deep ocean channels will exhaust bat stamina and drop you into the water.
